Batna city has three universities with small libararies,and this library project is a complementary to them as it is the main book’s provider to students in all fields and specialities. The basis of the design idea is the integration with the site as the allocated area for building is inadequate, so the solution was the vertical building that contains 9 floors ,each floor dedicated to a  speciality or a field.        The building is separated from the General Administration and has a special entrance with an elevator which completed outside the building to facilitate  its use and also to add an artistic beauty and a bit of movement in the main interface .
